Default Brembos Question

I am sure this was asked million times..
Where can I purchase Brembo set up?
After hitting 120mph I realized, my stopping power isn't so great.
Plus orange will match my sunset.

If you have the money you can get Brembos from Nissan.

Some people are in love with the brakes they are getting rid of. Do not pay $2000 when you can buy them much less.

If you brake only once, 120 mph should not be a problem

What wheels are you running? I'm not sure if the Brembos will clear other stock Z wheels in addition to the stock Track model wheels. Take some measurements if you can and check.

The Brembos will not stop any shorter than the already good stock brakes.

However, they will do it more often way after the stock brakes are melted into a muddle of gooey sludge.

LOLOL...good point, Amnbex. I'll try to remember that when I hit the track next week...I'll be chanting:

"My brakes will not melt, my brakes will not melt, my brakes will not melt...so brake later, ya twit, and hit the apex HARD!"

actually netko i checked out that site and 2400 is not correct. it is 600 for everything. they charge 100 for each calipers for the front and i think it was slightly less for the rear. and then the rotors are the rest. i checked it out bc im gonna need better brakes soon and i certainly cant afford the big willwoods or ap racing or stop-tech etc. so it really is a good deal. i think they are 13inch but the calipers are the stock calipers so remember they wont be quite as good as the bbk's

Heres what the car-parts.com site says cut and pasted.

2003
BREMBO CAL&ROTOR 600.EACH CORNER 04H110 $600

So it is $2400 total

i dont know what thats from but i know you can buy each caliper for 100 bucks. so i dont know. and he got his whole setup for 600. i talked to him through pm so im not sure what that quote is but the price i figured out buying each of the parts would total up to be the same as he got for all of it.

2003
Caliper
Infiniti G35 w/Brembo br (spt pkg), RH- RH FRT-5K 9581 $100 thats for the front right and the front left is the same price and each back caliper is quoted at 85 dollars.

and the rotors are a couple hundred for a set of rotors. i searched on the site and got the same 600 per corner as well but i dont know why it does that since you can get the calipers alone for 100bucks per front and 85 per rear. thats 370 for the calipers and a couple hundred for the rotors. so yes you may be correct on the each corner doing it that way however finding a good price is all bout searching. if you look at calipers alone and buy the rotors seperate then you end up with approximately 700ish and he said he worked em down a little bit on the total price.

heh its great im sure thats what theyre hoping for man. i hope i didnt insult or offend in any way. theyre hoping for someone to come in and search for rotors and think the 2400 is a good deal. which it is in some ways but if you piece all of the necessary parts together yourself you can get the amazing deal of like 600-700 bucks depending on if you can haggle them down bc your buying all 4. heh i love car parts places they always do stuff like that. i did some checking bc im gonna be modding my car in the next few weeks and the mods will include:

Borla True Dual exhaust
Helix test pipes
Nismo Cai
Final Drive (swapping with a friend whos got a manny)
ECU reflash
maybe pulleys

so i figure with all the new and freed up horsepower and my getting new wheels soon i should probly go to a better set of brakes if i can afford it and at 600-700ish dollars i may as well. so i checked it out. hope this saves some ppl money bc im sure most of you are like me and not on an unlimited budget

thanks
