Default Help with clunking noise after 350evo install

I put my 350evo front sway on and get this clunk clunk when I go over small bumps. Here is what I have tried so far after doing a search on this site.

1. Made sure the aluminum locks were up against the brackets to prevent shifting and banging of the sways.

2. made sure all bolts were tight once on the jacks and then again on the ramps (suspension under compression) yet made no difference with either attempt.

3. used synthetic grease, yet this is no squeak, it's a clunk

Only other thing is I saw a TSB on clunking from the bolts on the A arms need re torqued, yet this all started with the placement of the 350evo front sways, and seems to be worse when I went to the stiffest position.

any help much appreciated.
thanks

Did you reverse the end links? If you didn't perhaps you don't have enough threads in the nut to get a tight enough fitment to the bar.
I get this every so often and have to re-tighten the end-links and re-apply loc-tite. Now I just tighten with every oil change.

Do you have the buschings in correctly? I have had my 350EVO sways on for about 30,000 miles now with no problems at all and have tried all of the settings.

put the bushings in same way the stock ones were when I took the sway off. Do you think the sway could be bouncing around in the brackets? It's at the nissan dealer now, they are fixing a bunch of TSB's "had 9 or 10" so maybe they will figure it out.
