Default New rear tire-VDC braking with VDC off?

Just got new Yoko AVS rear tires. Stock fronts are less than 50% worn. Now with the VDC off when I enter a corner at any kind of speed the brakes pump to slow me. Never had this problem before.

What is going on? I've read about people having other VDC problems but this is rediculous.

Do I need to replace the fronts too? With the same brand tire?

I'm open for opinions
