jason@performance

might be interested in the rear upper shock mount bushing (item 56218-RRZ30 on your website) if they would work with aftermarket dampers.

let me know either here or PM and I'll add it to my current order.

thanks

I will be getting this NISMO bushing kit done in August together with a new tire install and then complete alignment.

This should be fun ...
$256 for the kit and $800 for install that is if you find a tech that works for 50 an hour. Not cost effective.

What kind of aftermarket dampers?

If they are a direct replacement like Koni or Tokico shocks then yes they will work... Should work with coil overs as well, but I do not think they have that much travel...

jason,

koni/truechoice dampers.

when you say they dont have much travel, do you mean there is not enough "slop" in the stock bushings to make it worth it?

thanks

well, that specific bushing you are talking about is a rubber stopper that goes in the dust boot...

Jason, do you have a part number for #16? I stripped the bolt on it today trying to install the Hotchkis sways and it may be easier to replace the whole thing than get someone to cut the bolt off.

With my new Cusco RS LSD, I'm getting a lot of drivetrain shudder when it's hot (just after a Solo2 run) or when I'm slowly engaging the clutch in a tight turn.

Any ideas of what bushings I should replace to keep the tranny from shaking?
