Aftermarket front tower bars

I don't plan on changing my OEM plenum. (tried kinetix plastic plemun and didn't like it). So, are there any handling gains to be achieved by installation of an aftermarket bar, strictly on its own?

I think the OEM bar is very adequate, if you aren't changing plenums. Very well made.

Want to add the JIC or Cusco to the Z but I have the SSV manifold. Anybody know if these fit yet?

If you have the SSV Manifold, it should fit since the OEM will fit with this manifold. There's been pictures of this manifold with various strut bars floating around. Do a search.
