Default To guys that lowered the Z 1.2+ inches

For all you guys that lowered your Z 1.2+ inches, can I get some information on this. What setup did you go with, how was the ride, did you guys scrape everywhere and most important of all, did your camber go way off? Also, was it hard to get it aligned to near stock settings? Just doing some research before I lower mine... thanks in advance!

PS any info about lowering is also appeciated.

I just put the Tanabe GF210's on, they are 1/2" Rear, and 1" Front. I went and ripped on some nice roads, and it felt great. It hasnt settled yet, but its gonna look awesome. Ill keep you updated after i get aligned.

From My research on this post, Eibachs will need a camber kit for the rear. Front can be aligned back to specs with the drop. Is this correct?

there is not front camber adjustment on a Z at all...it ends up where it ends up unless you get adjustable a arms

rear camber with Eibach is a HAIR, and I mean hair off from stock specs...at most .1. or .2 degrees - hardly enough to worry about, and will actually improve handling. If you want to add an adjustable rear kit to it anyway, then you could and you have full alignment control in the rear as well

Lowered with TEIN Basic coilovers
Ride was improved
Very little scraping

Eibach Prokit, SPC rear camber kit and toe bolts and a good alignment. All well within specs.
