Default Squeaky Brakes covered under warranty?

I'm sick of my squeaky brakes. Its freakin embarrassing!! Anyone know if the dealer will take care of this under warranty? I have 10,800 miles on my 04 Enthusiast.

I have been contemplating converting to Brembos...

Do the Z's w/ Brembo's have the same issue?

How often do you clean your wheels? Only asking because if I go a week of driving without washing my car/wheels there is so much brake dust built up on everything they start squeeking real bad when I brake. Once I hose everything off real good or if it rains the noise goes away. Cheap pads I guess. I want to get some ceramics or something with less dust.

Once or twice a week. Happens under all conditions hot, warm, cool weather. Dirty or clean wheels, they squeal.
