Nismo Spring and shock kit?
I tried the search but there was no info on this, does anyone have this on their Z and what is their opinion of this set up, also what sway bar kit are you using. im not looking to track the car but there is definitly too much body roll with the stock set up for me.
I have the Nismo suspension and sways on my car and love it. Ride is a little firmer, but it's actually a bit better over small bumps; not bouncy. WAY less body roll. Best mod I've done. There are coilover kits that are supposed to be better, but, like you, I don't track the car and wold never mess with adjustability, so the Nismo setup works well for me; it is a bit on the pricey side, though.

The NISMO S Tune suspension is a great entry level setup. Only downside is there is no adjustability in them but overall ride will be drastically improved. The ride quality, if anything will feel better.

I have it on my car as well. But unlike MustGoFast, I have not driven mine yet. I will have to wait a few months. Purchased mine from My Nismo, and had the dealer install it. 400 smacks I know but its a union job. MyNismo is offers the best deal you are going to find and I did alot of research on that. Their prices are great and once they get there site 100% operational they are going to be hard to beat. I have the Stillen Sways with mine, should of got the Nismos, but satisfied either way. So do not hesitate.
I can say that the history of Nismo suspenision review's all the way back to 2003 has been pretty much very positive, all praise driven. Though I can say the same thing about HKS RS coilovers. The only thing that kinda set's me back about the S-tune setup is that they use progressive springs, lack dampning adjustability and the ablity to adjust rideheight (can't corner weight).

how much did ya search? lol. there are plenty of reviews.
I LOVE my nismo setup. Who needs adjustability? Honestly.
Get some hotchkis sways, get your camber/toe set right, and you'll most likely outhandle many of those fancy adjustable setups.

well search the suspension forum in particular for "nismo" as the nismo setup isn't coilovers.
anyways, the ride improves GREATLY over stock, as does the handling. Makes it a much more well-balanced machine, without overdoing it.

In all do respect to those pounding the search drums, the data base is full of holes and a search will only yield a small portion of hits from any given topic, especially concerning really old posts. Their are a ton of review's that I know were penned a long time ago that will not come up no matter how you word your search. So if they at least tried to search, I for one would be the last person tell them to search.
I have the nismo on my car, and I have gone through many coilover setups in the past two years. Even though the nismo is not adjustable, it is the best setup for using on the roads that I have ever had. It's good on the track as well.
RedBird, if you want to read a lot more reviews/opinions search for:
nismo suspension
That will probably be my next upgrade after my brake kit, mostly because I use my Z as my daily driver and want a trouble-free, streetable kit. The warranty on it is nice too.
[edit]Nismo recommends if you have VDC that you should get the suspention kit which includes shocks, springs, sway bars and they also suggest you get their wheels as well, but I think as long as you maintain close to the original stagger, the wheels aren't as important.[/edit]

They say that because they only tested on a NON VDC Equipped vehicle...
You do not need to get all the NISMO Suspension if you purchase any of the suspension parts...
And as long as the tire size fits the original stagger diameter you can use anything you want...
