Default EIBACH sucks

ordered a 10mm EIBACH pro-spacer kit

The kit comes with 10 longer studs... guess what

I received...

8 studs M12x1.5
2 studs M12x1.25

I called eibach USA about this issue, it's been 1 week and they still don't have a clue... Eibach germany hasn't answered.

Freaking kit costs 150$, and wouldn't pass third world quality control standards (made in germany BTW). They should be busting their asses to get me the correct studs ASAP... But guess I would be lucky if I get them before a couple months. What a dissapointement...

Ordering nismo longer studs from performance nissan, 57$ + shipping express to fix the issue...

Import Replacement Parts (http://www.importrp.com/home.php)

it's not their fault, the kits come pre-packaged from germany.

Why can't they give you a kit with all the correct parts? Let the store wait for a new kit to come rather than you waiting for it and spending money on extra parts.

Eibach USA has none in stock
Neither does the shop I bought it from (wich depends on EIBACH USA anyway)

all are waiting for EIBACH germany, which doesnt' seem to care much as it's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone.

I NEED the spacers, so I can't return these things and wait for 2 months to get new ones. I have bought Nismo longer studs from Performance Nissan to solve the problem

First and last time I buy anything from EIBACH.

Its too bad eibach didn't have any studs to send you quickly. Not that it helps, but I've had my 10mm eibach's for almost 2 years now with no problems. The studs are high quality and have survived multiple tire changes and track abuse. I wouldn't use anything besides H&R or eibach for spacers.
