For an extra of +- 800$ you get the aerorotors instead of the 'normal' rotors when purchasing a Stoptech Stage 2 OEM upgrade.
Just wondering whether the extra $ is worth it or is going with the normal stage 2 more than sufficient for heavy daily driving, occasional track day (twice a year)?
I guess it's better to spend some more money anyway on good brake pads, rather than going with the Ultimates....

I personally bought the drilled 2 piece aero rotors for looks alone, {if your into that}. They function well and look wonderful behind the wheels. No regrets spending a little xrta.

If you don't have brembos I would not add another 800$ and rather get larger brake setup.

Would there be any significant visual difference between the normal slotted rotors in the Stoptech stage 2 upgrade and the aero rotors?

I think theyre worth it if you track your car. The reduced weight helps out during acceleration, the design of the vanes on the Aerorotors are also very efficient which is pretty important on the track as 50% of the thermal energy that the car produces is stored in the rotor.

Tnx guys for your sharing your opinion!
Still not sure whether I'll get the STOP TECH Direct Replacement Rotors or the STOP TECH AeroRotor Direct Replacement Rotors
To the people @Performance, I'll give send you an email as soon as I'm done with my complete wishlist (Nismo exhaust, stoptech, motordyne) so you can give me a good price

The Aerorotors are good if you plan to track the car and wear your rotors quickly. They are cheaper to change later on. Otherwise, the direct replacement rotors will do fine and last a long time.
