Don't they put any warranty on their product?

I have white line end links, and this same thing happened to me, twice! First time white line replaced the links, even though it was only the bolt that broke. Just the other day, another bolt broke, waiting to hear back from them. I will prob go with power grid after this happened again. I even adjusted the links to have zero preload with weight on the wheels. O well, I hope to have better luck with the power grid pieces

Forgot to add, both breaks looked identical to that one pictured. And also both happened when angling the car up a driveway with an angle to it so that I didn't scrape. So I feel safe saying we both had the same problem, whether it be defective bolts, or something else

^ closely closely inspect the pictures............
the bolt used is a spec'd machined "shoulder bolt"....google it..
They use bolts machined 1/2" diameter in order to use lower cost 1/2" rod ends then since the hole in the sway bar and translink is an m12 hole (ie, dimensionally smaller) they machine the threaded section to fit the sway bar........thus giving the end user a "special" bolt thats weaker and hard to replace...
Replacement option:
purchase M12x1.75-65mm long 10.9 grade zinc coated bolts, then use prevailing torque lock nuts, then wrap the shank section of the bolt with aluminum tape strip......at the very least its a good trackside replacement for those users with this problem..

I have the SPL Endlinks front and rear, the rears are perfect and stay tight and make no noise..
but the fronts always get loose, I used locktite to try and prevent that from happening but it keeps coming loose, does anyone know how I can stop it from coming loose?
