Non Adjustable shocks + springs queston.
Wich ones work best? I dont really need 32+ ways of adjustment as i would rather not fck with it nonstop. I dont want the car sitting on the ground either as i live where crappy roads reign. So who has experince with just a shock and spring kit? I will track the car but maybe 2-3 times a year if that. I mostly drive around on curvy backroads, as i live in the boondocks. Are there any companies i could call that could set a package up like this? Is the hotchkis kit good? the one with the sway bars and everything?
And yes i have searched.

The major cost advantage of low cost adjustable shocks is you can keep readjusting them to return the diminished stiffness as they wear.
By 60,000 miles most shocks are very worn and deliver less than half the as new rebound stiffness............so instead of replacing them you just tweek them tighter a notch every year or so.

I looked at the nismo ones im not paying 1600$ for that. I think i should be able to find shocks springs, sway bars for under 1k$ the hotchkis setup looks nice but lacks shocks. Any shock recomedations for them?
Bilsteins would work great coupled with a set of Hotchkis or Tein S Tech - nice drop, nothing crazy, and still be very compliant for day to day (and not be pricey either)

Bilstein H.D.'s don't have the control range to cover stiffer then oem springs, your better off with oem springs or your other aftermarket shock option's. Though Jack at Bilstein will be more then happy to revalve them for you (at a per shock cost that is lower then what Koni's cost to revalve).
