Default Will I have CLEARANCE Issues lowering the car?

Ok, so here is my dilemma. I have an 03' 350Z Touring model. I just put these wheels on it:

TSW Kyalami

19x8 (+40) 245/35/19 Bridgestone RE050 (75% tread)
19x9.5 (+20) 265/30/19 Yokohama AVS (85-90% tread)

I want to lower it using Hotchkiss lowering springs or something equal. My question is, is there any way to tell if I will have clearance issues without wasting the time of ordering the springs and finding out when I try to install them ?

e-mail is boostdhatch18@yahoo.com
AIM is dumplesareno1

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

rear: doubt it'd be a problem - I have 18X9.5 +20 w/ a 275 in the rear and lowered ~ 2.5" and am not rubbing.

front: you might rub on the inside...check the wheels/tires section - lots of ppl ask these Q's and other post their set-ups...

you may see rubbing issues when turning the steering wheel to extreme left or right depending on how low a drop ur going for!

You'll clear like a champ in the rears. Zmotion and I have Volk GT-S with F 19 x 9.5 +17 and R 19 x 10.5 +18. We are both running 255/35/19s in the front. He is running 275/35/19s in the rear with a Hotchkis drop. I am at at stock with 285/30/19s on the rear. Both of us clear with no problems with larger tires and more aggressive offsets front and back. But I have to say, that +40 is such a high offset. Stocks are only around +30. +40 might give you problems on the inside.
