What are you trying to get your brakes to do that they don't do already?
What purpose are you building your car for? street? Track? Shows?
How much do you have to spend?

brakes are a bit tricky. and there are a lot of options. more info is better than less.

I have the StopTech Stage II OEM kit. Excellant choice for daily driving/ street use. Kit comes complete with; front & rear stock sized StopTech slotted brake rotors, front and rear Axxis Ultimate brake pads, front & rear StopTech stainless steel brake lines, & 3-500mL bottles of Motul RBF600 DOT 4 synthetic brake fluid.

Here are some links for researching:

Agree with Scarab, theres no right answer to this question until you provide us with some more info.

I had the ST Stage II kit also, and for street use it is just peachy. But for any sort of hard use, change the pads. The Axxis ultimates fade something awful under repeated heavy braking. Otherwise its a nice kit.

I've since went to an AP 363mm 6 piston bbk but that is because I track my car.

I would rank the brake upgrades like this in terms of $/per unit of "performance"
1 - stoptech (ST) stage 2
2 - track model Brembo's with ST Stage 1 or 2
3 - Wilwood BBK
4 - ST BBK
5 - The Cool big $$ kits Like Endless Etc..

The stock system is good enough for whatever you are going to do on the street.

While this may be true I feel much better know I have the StopTech kit vs the OEM stuff. Trust me when I say that the Stage II kit is a GREAT investment. Even if you never see a track day or sprited driving. Great kit for daily driving.
