Default Question about getting your car towed

I'm hoping this is the right place to post, but does anyone know if getting your car towed will anyway affect your alignment specs (camber/toe/caster/etc). Reason I'm asking is because I just got my car towed this past weekend to my mechanics shop on a flatbed. Do I need to get it re-aligned or should she be ok for now? I got her towed back in December of 06 but I noticed she's pulling to the right a little...or it might just be the roads.
