Braking
Hi fellas...this is my first posting. I wanted to ask if anyone has encountered an issue I have been having with my brakes.
I have a 2003 350Z (model: Enthusiast) and everytime I brake, I get a vibrating (an up and down feeling when I step on my brakes) feeling. Just a few things you may want to know. I did replace my stock rims with Volks (SF Challenges - 19 x 8.5 and 19 x 9.5). I dont know if that has anything to do with it. I took it to the dealer but they said it was due to my brake pads. But I just replaced them not to long ago. PLEASE ADVISE!!!

The most likely cause is uneven brake pad deposits on your rotors, caused by not properly bedding the brakes in. Or possibly caused by keeping your foot on the brake while the car had stopped, after some heavy braking, and burning part of the pad into the rotor. In any case, I think you can fix it by turning the rotors, and be sure to bed the brakes in correctly -- see this: http://www.stoptech.com/tech_info/wp...contents.shtml
