But you are correct, the Hotchkis bars only replace the rear mounts with zirk fittings. The front mounts remain stock.
Hotchkis - noise, but it started after about two weeks...
So is this normal? Can I still drive hard?
Mechanic used torque wrench set to 40 (specified in the instructions).
How can I loose the noise? Louder stereo? lol

It's probably not the axle clicking TSB. I had that problem as well, and it sounded totally different.
My Hotchkis swaybars behaved just like SunsetSunrise describes. Started clunking a few weeks after I installed them. I haven't been able to stop it since. I've tried a number of different end links, and none of them fixed it permanently. My latest heavy duty adjustable end links stopped the clunking for a while, but it's back. At this point, I'm thinking of putting the stock swaybars back in for a while and see how that goes, since that's the only thing I haven't tried yet.

As long as you greese the bushings on the sway bars and you are not contacting anything throught your travel of your suspension, your popping noise is coming from you End-links and not your sway bar.
