They have 50 different websites to fool google and come up every time you search.

They are all the same thing and tied to a database that drop ships from Keystone for performance parts and WorldPac for replacement parts.

They have hundreds of BBB complaints - they no nothing or little about cars - only internet selling.

www.speedycarparts.com
www.autopartswarehouse.com

are just 2 of MANY identical 'websites'

Coming from a web marketer/designer, their site is really well built. These guys put some time and effort into scamming people =)

I have ordered two sets of pads and rotors from them, along with oil filters and both times received exactly what I ordered.
I could just be lucky though,
Chris

this is my old thread....lol

last night i ordered a part online...turned around and canceled it online rightaway according to their policy, stipulating that orders pending credit card approval could be canceled before they e-mail a shipment notification. Well, this morning they notified me through e-mail that the item has already been shipped.
i talked to their customer service via their 800# for 20 mins. to no avail. They insisted that i would still be charged a 20% restocking fee upon returning the item. Well.....i called my credit card company and they recommended me filing a dispute in a few days.
Man....i'm telling ya....I WILL NEVER NEVER order anything from autopartswharehouse.com. no more forever

i ended up having to call the credit card company and have them deal autopartswarehouse because they would not refund 230 dollars of wrong parts i recieved..they said they never recieved the shipment of the returned parts, even though i had confirmation they did..hmmm that is why the credit card company took care of it
