Default wtf my Tein S.Tech drop is crooked

I just noticed on my rear left drop is 1 finger fender gap and the right rear side is 2 finger wide gap. Springs have settled for about 1 month now. Is my kit defective or something?

I have a similar phenomenon with my Hotchkis springs. The driver side rear is slightly more gap than the passenger side rear (maybe 1/4"). I took wheel arc height measurements before the spring install and the OEM springs yielded the same results, driver side had more gap than passenger side. Not sure why this is.

It's been a little over a month for me and It still does not seem my teins have settled. I guess that's a good thing. Anyhow, all sides seem even on my teins.

1. make sure you are parking on a perfectly level section of pavement....use a level to verify it

2. it is VERY common for aftermarket springs to give a slightly uneven drop side to side. This is not an issue with the springs, nor with your car, as it can happen on a wide variety of springs and a wide variety of cars.

Also, the springs do not settle....not good ones at least. It's actually the rubber upper strut mount that compresses slightly, and that happens within a few hundred nmiles of driving usually.

3. Double check that the springs are positioned in the lower cups correctly.

Same thing happened w/ my Hotchkis springs (passenger side about 2mm higher) but that was in my garage. Make sure you are parked on even ground. Sometimes I check and the drop is even...at least it made me feel better that I'm not the only one
