Default Porterfield R4-s pads, what next

I have an 06 with 9k miles on it and my pads are about shot. I bought a set of porterfield R4-s pads, what else do i need. Can i use my rotors, should i upgrade them, i am on a tight budget, so unless it makes a big diffrence its not going on the car.
How much will rotors, or SS lines really help?

Thanks

What do you mean, i drive the car hard. I am running autocross, and i have many roads around where i live that can be driven like a track, Daily im braking from 120-130 frequently, and every few days i wind up having to do a few 150-50's

I just dont know if rotors, lines, or the combo of the two will make a huge diffrence

You have the regular brakes I suppose ?

SS line will improve the feel, but won't do much on longevity.
Rotors won't change anything either.

Larger brakes would help, but it's a big investment.

OEM designed soft pads to go with soft rotors to reduce noise.
The metallurgy of oem rotors [and most aftermarkets] maybe wrong for agressive pads.

Lots depends on the friction vs speed vs temperature graph of the pads........some pads eat rotors cold some eat them when hot.

Good luck and buy rotors by the dozen.
