Default GF210 Stiffness

I just purchased some GF210s and i was wondering if they make the ride stiffer on the 05 models? Since they changed the springs rates on the 05. Anybody know? Thanks in advance!

According to Gsedan35 on the spring db here
https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-suspension/154233-spring-rate-database.html

Oem springs 350Z 2004.5/2005 (found 04 car's that have the revised susp.)
Front:314 Rear:427

Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2” drop
Spring rates in LBS 336/375 (only peak rates are published, softer initial progressive rates unknown)
Stiffer then oem springs by F+7% R+10%
So a little higher total in the front, lot softer in the rear total compared to your 05.

I've been running the GF210 for over a year now.
Make sure you get yourself some shocks as well cuz whenever
I go over a rough edge or bump on the freeway my car doesn't absorb the shock well AT ALL.
