Changed front pads, brake bias could be wacked

Hey guys,
the front pads were on its last breath so I swapped the front pads out quickly with some organic ones to prevent immediate rotor damage. Aside from the fact that organics aren't the best choice (had to get something in there quick before my rotors got chewed up), I think my brake bias is now off. I went through the bedding procedure to get the pads broken in correctly but I noticed my rear ABS seems to be engaging prematurely. This suggests that my brake bias is now whacked.
My question is, given that the rear ABS seems to be the one acting up now, does that mean that I increased the front grip which causes the rears to lock up sooner or is it that the pads actually decreased my front grip and the rear is working harder now thus prematurely engaging the rear ABS?
I read through stoptech's papers but they don't really specify which side of ABS can engage prematurely is the bias is off. The article only state that this can happen but no specifics are mentioned. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The front pads are not as good as the rear pads, hence why the rear is locking up. The brake system cannot adjust bias, so when you stomp on the brakes it does the only thing it knows how to. If the rear is using better pads, the ABS in the rear will come one quicker.
