Uneven Pad Wear after track day
Hey guys,
Had my first track event over this past weekend at Sebring. I was running EBC yellow pads which worked beautiful. I also have the oem brembos (4piston front, 2 piston rear) However after I pulled them off after the event...the inside pad of the left caliper was different than the other three pads front pads...It appeared that the front piston was applying harder than the rear because the pad tapered from very very little pad in the front to 60-70% on the rear...
I am not sure if I damaged the pistons when I was pushing them back in to get the fresh pads in or something...any one have any ideas?

looks like they were stuck on one end, did the pad move freely when placed inside the caliper?
i had to grind down Pagid oranges to fit my stoptechs cuz it was a hard fit- but once i trimmed the edges and filed them down smoothly, they worked fine.
i dont think you should worry about your piston unless you used a pointy object to push in the piston around it's seals. typicalyl i use the back of the brake pad and a C clamp to force it back in-
