Alternative brake fluid
I know Motul seems to be the preferred fluid but it's not available locally and I don't have time to order it. Does anybody know about the Synthetic that's made by Valvoline. They claim it's compatible with all other types. It rated better then DOT 3 & 4 and is in the 500 deg. range.
I'm just going to be putting in SS brake lines and will need to replace the fluid. No track use. Pyroil, also made by Valvoline, seems to be what's available the most.

Save your money!
Forget the MOTUL. You have to replace it every 8 to 12 months.
You are talking about Valvoline SynPower synthetic fluid. It works as good as MOTUL and costs about 1/4 the price. And it lasts a long time.
I ran it for more than a year in my Audi A4 with Stoptechs and never had a boiling or fading issue.
It's in my Z right now waiting for the next track event.
I buy it at Pep Boys.
