Did you switch them out for something that was better in your opinion?
The Stop Tech stage 2 is nice too, spendy though.

I had an AP 4 piston BBK that ate through rotors after installing a set of the Porterfield RS4 pads. The AP single piece rotors were very very pricey too. So, I got a set of the 2 piece DBA and made some shims for the AP calipers for them to work properly. They were a touch smaller in diameter vs the AP, but they worked great for me.

I have since swapped BBK's altogether, but the person I sold them to still uses the DBA 2 piece units

Nice, so do you think those rotors with some new stainless steel brake lines will perform as well as the Stop Tech stage 2 upgrade?

bang for the buck, I don't think the Stoptech can be beat...it is an awesome deal for the kit, plus they do a 2 piece rear, which DBA does not offer

But in terms of the rotor quality, can't go wrong with either!

Its to bad the Stop Tech's dont offer a color choice, sure its cosmetic but its sweet that you can match the Brembo's with the gold DBA *shrugs*

How long of a wait for either?
Is there anything on your site that lists what you have in stock?

I run the DBA two piece roors on the front, one piece on the rear, with Ferrodo DS2500 pads and standard brake lines. Very good modification. I have upgraded the brake fluid to RBF600 though.

I don't think DBA even offers the gold hat anymore...it's pretty much only black

You might be able to special order it, but it would take forever

There is no way for us to list what is in stock vs whats not...inventory changes by the hour as you can imagine and we simply stock too much stuff (and don't have sufficient staff) to have the website be in real time that way. That's why for the popular items, we have "usually ships in" to give the customer an idea of how long they can expect to wait
