Wheel hop! How to eliminate?

I'd assume the best physical change you can make, excluding to your own driving technique (which should be your priority), would be suspension mods. You would want your rear to squat down, but not spring up right away (which means less weight applied to the rear suspension, thus greater likelihood of wheelhop).

He's getting alternating traction (on off on off on off). The best remedy would be to learn to control your launch better. It's probably easiest to start at a lower rpm when launching, so your tires have a greater chance of gripping from the less power applied.
