i have looked at every thread on this site with brake problems and none match my problem. i have a springy type grinding noise which sounds like it is coming from the rear when coming to a stop at any speed. at first i thought it was the e-brake so i took off shoes and hard wear and it was still there. the pads are good and rotors look good too. it only makes this noise when the brakes are hot. i have looked at the fronts and they look fine as well. could this be a bad caliper or something. car is a enthus. model 2003 with 37000 miles.
