Default Caliper Relocation

I have heard tell of a company producing brackets that relocate the base calipers to allow for usage of Track sized rotors. They include all four brackets and Track sized rotors for something like $600. I did a search but came up empty. Does anyone know who does this? Also, what are your opinions on the modification?

I've seen some kits for Hondas, but never for a Z, I might be wrong but with larger brake rotors brakes should not be that vulnerable to fading - the heat will be desipated faster. Will it affect the brakes effectiveness? Don't think so.

You could try to make these brackets by yourself, this ain't no rocket science - find yourself a shop with a CNC machine, buy the rotors, measure everything properly and get them made.

This is a reference photo I've found for you:

This is a 330mm rear rotors upgrade for RX-7, as you can see the brackets are pretty simple.

I'm certain someone makes a front and rear kit. I found a front kit, but I can't seem to find the "total package".

is it racing brake?

i believe it relocates the stock caliper further away to fit larger rotors

That's pretty nice. I'd like to here more opinions on what people think about these? It's something that I wouldn't mine giving it a thought.

IMO, its a poor solution that can cause brake performance to worsen due to shifts in brake bias.

Not something I would put on my car.

Should've put up this one. I think the bias would be jacked because both the front and rear rotors are 13". Also the price of the two cheapest kits combined is $1039.83 not including pads or shipping. I have definitely changed my mind.

I think this is a great value and probably the single most effective mod to eliminate fade using the stock calipers. Brake bias will obviously change if you only do the fronts, but I doubt it will diminish braking performance...
