They do have rather soft initial rates, so do you think the tokicos would be a better match?

Like G35 said - Koni's reward a stiffer spring. Mating them with soft springs who's primary function is looks is an excercise in futility IMHO
Personally, I wouldn't even bother mating those to aftermarket shocks at all...they would do just fine with stockers.
Again to agree with G35 - if you are going that low with springs, no one does it better than Eibach IMHO

CS has adjustable dampners and 392lbs linear spring rates.
Nearest spring you could use on Bilstein shocks would be Tokico D-spec springs which are 375/375 in rate. Having run D-spec springs on Koni shocks in a test, do not attempt to run them with the Bilstein shocks. You don't have the ability to adjust them stiffer on compression, combined with less piston stroke because of the drop and not enough spring stiffness you'd be into the bumpstops far too often in everday driving. If we were taking about the Tokico shock and spring setup where the D-specs shocks do have the ability to adjust stiffer, that's a different matter, though I'd still give the CS setup the nod in which case you'd still have to justify the cost difference between the two. I'd think that the CS setup would still have better piston stoke travel if dropped the same 1"/1,5".
