Default help for spc front a-arm

I have question for spc a-arm.plz answer my question.
first. i have red rubber bushing on spc front upper arm. I went shop for install. the guy tald me i need another bushing on top of red bushing and that is missing.and he can't install a-arm without it. he needs hard bushing on top of red rubber bushing like the one that are in oem a-arm. Is it true there are another bushing on top of red rubber bushing?I found many pic of spc a-arm and everythings are look just same as mine. there were no other bushing on top of red bushing.

second.if there are no such other bushing on top of red rubber bushing and i need it for install a-arm. do i have to take of from oem a-arm? or i can just install a-arm with out another hard bushing.

plz answer my question. thanks.

here is pic. this red bushing is what i was talk about

Several reasons.. uneven tire wear, to actually having your cars toe and camber set in a 'dangerous' (think 'easy' loss of control) .
