Ive had these coilovers for nearly 5000 miles and I am quite satisfied with them. I would not be worried about getting the desired ride height with these. You can easily slam your car. My car is borderline too low for hard canyon use/track use because im getting some rubbing in the front during hard cornering... However, these things make absolutely no noise and are ride quite well.
The difference these have made combined with sway bars, adjustable endlinks, gtspec bracing, and a corner balance is absolutely worth all the investment.
I ordered mine a while ago but the vendor is still waiting on their shipment I have some freshly painted volk TE37s mounted on some BF Goodrich KDWs sitting in the living room begging to be put on...but I do not want to be the guy rolling around looking like a 4x4 lol
i love my BC's i have the rears almost all the way up and its still tucking tire. i must have gotten the shorter springs by accident lol. fronts are barely down and tucking tire as well
cannot wait for mine. took a ride along today and was blown away by how comfortable it was and still handled amazing. ordered from IMPORTIMAGE quick easy and answered all my questions. even dove into the 12/10 spring rate combo. thanks again.
These are much stiffer... mostly used on competition only cars.. if your Z is your daily, you might want to look at the softer rate springs.
I got 12/10 springs in my ER's and they are not that bad. Car is my DD and I would definitely make the same choice again. I have also driven the 8/10 BC BR-series and those were too soft for my taste. However I'll admit that some might consider this setup too hard.
