I would like to drop the Z noticeably yet getting the same ride quality as stock... Is that even humanly possible? I'm not interested in getting shocks or any other parts to dampen the Z.
I've heard of Tein S. Tech's being a good choice. Any others out there? I tried using the search function, but none came up to answer my question fully.

I really like my Nismo S Tune Setup.... Improved my handling big time and the ride quality is only a tad stiffer then stock, it also got rid of the bouncy feel you get with the stock setup...

I'd pick Hotchkis as well. Or the Tokico springs.
Any progressive springs are automatically counted out for me. Love the linear feel of my Neuspeed Race on my old Integra, wouldn't put anything other than linear rates on my Z.

we have the tein s-tech's on my gf's Z and it handles so much better now.
it's a slight drop really, and most people wouldn't notice the drop IMO.
i really think the Z should have came with these springs stock.
lane changing, turning, taking U-turns, and anything involving turning is noticably improved.
i know my gf and i are really happy with these springs. we got them because we didn't want an aggressive drop; she tends to not slow down for speed bumps/dips LOL.
the springs have almost 4k on them and they do not squeek.
