Exclamation Single Peice 18 wheels for the brembo Brakes

350Z people with the Brembo Brakes. I have a single peice wheel in 18 inch that will fit PERFECT. This is an ROH RT in Black Ice Finish, they are 18x9 front and a 18x10 in the rear useing Toyo T1S tires, Useing a 275/35ZR 18 front and a 295/35ZR 18 in the rear. Yes i know these tires are shorter than the stock ones. But both the front and the rear tire are 2% smaller than Stock. And the rule of thumb is not to go lower than 2% with ABS. But since both tires are the same % smaller it does not affect anything. My web site is www.groupawheels.com The wheel is RT. For People calling off of the 350Z site i will give you a smoking deal on wheels and tires $1900.00 plus shipping charges.
The name of my compnay is Group A, I am in Arizona and my number is 480-545-8397 or toll free at 1-866-764-8792
My name is Rob. Please talk to me. I actually put the wheels on the car so i know any question you will have about it

And i forgot one thing, The RT wheel is only 4 lbs heavier than the stock wheel and tire, both the front and the rear. So for the extra 4 lbs you get for the front 1 inch wider wheel and almost 2 inch wider tire and for the back you get an extra 1.5 inch wider wheel and almost 2 inch wider tire. So tell me - Do you think it is worth it - I do

I will verify that these wheels look great on our Z's. The extra width gives the car a very aggressive stance or look. Hopefully we can get some pics up soon. Maybe someday I can do a write up on how much better it handles.....now I just got to convince Group A into a demo set of wheels and tires before a lapping event. (Just kidding Rob)

4 pounds heavier than the stock rims seems a little on the heavy side...are you referring to 4 pounds heavier than the stock track rims, touring???

Stock rims as in the 6 spoke silver wheels. And considering that the stock front wheel is a 18x8 w/ 225/45/18 tire and my wheel is an 18x9 with a 275/35/18 tire. so 4 pounds in the front for an extra inch in wheel width and an extra 1.96 inches of tire.
And considering the stock rear a 18x8.5 w/ 245/45/18 and my wheel is a 18x10 with 295/35/18 witch is 1.5 inches wider and the tire 1.96 wider. So i think it would be worth it to gain the extra width on both the wheel and tire. Plus this fitment pulls the wheel out towords the fender witvh also widens the track of the car.

Let me know or call me to discuss more info. I have it all writen down

Default ROH Wheels

I like the style of the wheels. What is the difference between the Black Ice and the reg RT. Also can you give us a picture so we can see what you are referring to.
Thanks

I would have a picture of them on the car put since our digatal cam. is broken we are waiting for the hew one to get here. But if you do 18x9 and 18x10 for your car it only comes in black ice unless you want to waite for them to be chromed but that will add more weight to the wheel. But if you would like to do 18x9 all the way around with 2 different offset to make both the front and rear wheel flush i can do that also. And if you do the 18x9 i maybe be able to offer it in a bright silver also. If you want to see exp. of the wheels on different cars, please go to my website and skroll to the bottom and click on the photo libary. www.groupawheels.com If you have any more question please call my toll free number listed above.
Thanks, Rob Hanson @ Group A

Stone Z - thanks for the upload of the pictures. But the Black Ice finish is now darker than the ones that are pictured on the website. But thanks for the pictures anyways. But that is a good exampleof the Bright Silver wheel

Still on the heavy side, you can buy 19x9.5" rims and 19x10.5" rims which weigh less....oh well.

Matrix - and how much you gonna spend on a super light weight 19 inch wheel and them what tire brand you gonna put that is going to be lighter than the stock wheel and tire combo. Plus for 1900 for 18x9 18x10 with tires that are much wider than stock. Come on now where are you going to find a better deal. And that granatees it to fit the Brembo brakes with out any hassles?
I know it fits, and i know this cause i already fit checked them. I got smokein price. And it looks bad as hell
Ask Mark350Z it was his car we test fit them on

Not less than the factory wheel, but less than the rims you're selling...19x9.5" front, 19x10.5" rear Volk TE37's with 245/35/19 front, 275/35/19 Toyo Proxe T1-S. It costs more than 1900, but I dont mind paying more for strong and light forged rims. And yes these rims fit, theyre in many Volk ads on the 350Z, and many of the members on this board have them.

Matix - But look at what you are doing to the tire on those rims. You are takeing a 245 witch is 9.64 inches wide and putting it on a wheels that is 10.5 inch wide. and a 275 witch is 10.8 inches wide and putting it on a wheel that is 11.5 inches wide. And on the weight issue, you are useing a tire that is 30mm skinner than my tire in the front and a tire that is 20mm skinner than mine in the rear. So dont you think that might and a slight difference in the weight. I am useing a slighty skinner wheel and givign you a hell of a lot more tire. Beside you never answered my question about how much that 19 inch wheel and tire combo weights.

Matix - you also say that the 19 inch wheel weights less than my 18 inch wheel. But you also said in an earlier post that my wheel AND tire combo being 4 lbs heavier than the stock Track wheel AND tire combo was a bit heavy. Well how do you can say that and now say that your 19 may not be lighter than the stock wheel but is lighter than my wheel? - and even more info on your weigth issue i am useing a 275/35/18 T1S witch weights in at 25.6 lbs and you 245/35/19 T1S weights in at 23.8 lbs. and my rear at a 295/35/18 weights in at 30.4 lbs and your 275/35/19 weights in at 25.8 lbs. So since you say your combo is not lighter than stock track(witch is 50lbs) but is lighter than mine at 54lbs, well it looks liek since my tires alone weight 2lbs heavier in the front and 5 lbs heavier in the rear, it turns out that your 19 inch wheels really dont weight that less than mine.

Im not putting a 245 on a 10.5, and im not putting a 275 on a 11.5, I stated earlier that im putting the 245's on a 9.5" rim, and the 275's on a 10.5 inch rim...as far as weight, the fronts weigh 44 lbs, and the rears weight 47.5 lbs, so yes, my combo does weigh less than your rims and less than the track rims. My rims only weigh 20lbs, if you combo weighs 54lbs that means your rims weigh like 29lbs, thats heavy as hell for an 18" rim.

Frist off have you ever measured a wheel, and have you ever noticed that a wheel is actual 1 inch wider than it is. The size of a wheel is determend by where the tire beed is at. So the outside for a 9.5 inch wheel is gonna be 10.5 inches. I am in the wheel business i know these things or i would not have said them. And you 19 inch wheel from Volk is Probally a 2 or 3 peice wheel right? If it is - that is why it is light. Kinda helps the weight when you have a 6mm spun rim section instead of a cast single peice wheel. Now i have a 3 peice wheel called the Modena that i can build in 18 and 19 inch and they weight in at 19x9.5 at 23lbs and a 19x10.5 at 25lbs. Now depending on how big your pocket box is will also help in how light you want your wheel. My Modena wheel is custon bulit 4 at a time and 18's start at 2500 a set and the 19 start at 2700 a set. Then you still have to buy tires.
