to make sure it fits my 19" Volk GT-S.front fits just like glove, but i´m not quiet sure about the rear

It will fit, NitrousZ has stoptechs 4 pistons in the back with those offsets and it fits fine.

it'll be fine. It'll look like the wheels are made for it. The spokes will clear the calipers by about 2mm in the rear. As flush as you're gonna get.

why not just go for their std blue? It matches quite nicely and you know it will be durable and applied properly

Or just get them in whatever color and have them powdercoated locally
