Default Pillow ball conversion?

Does anybody offer a conversion kit to fit pillow ball mounts to the existing shocks on a 350z?

In SCCA stock classes you are allowed any type mount including spearical bearings,as long as you don't change alignment.

Generally people don't like pillowball mounts because of the "noise/clunk" factor, great for the track though!

Pillow ball mounts don't provide much advantage over a good hard rubber mount for our cars. It may take away that last small amount of slop but since alignment is not affected from that location the gains are very negligible and not worth the hassle. Yet another reason why I went with the rubber mount Zero 2's on recommendation by Adam.

There is a very good reason for it. The stock upper mount is very thick making the overall shock spring assembly long. If you would like to reduce ride height without sacrificing shock travel, a low profile upper mount would allow you to do this. Only maybe .5" or so but its something and its a half inch of shock travel you are not throwing away. I just got done installing the tckline konis with the sleeve and 2.5" springs. I don't want to just drop the lower mount on the threaded sleeve reducing shock travel so I looked at the jics I have removed and the pillowball mount because of how it mounts and how much thinner it is overall would allow the front of my car to sit about half to three quarters of an inch lower without any reduction in shock travel. So where can I aquire a set? Hard rubber is just as desirable if not more for anyone who drives their car on the street.
