Default 07 springs

well iv heard that putting springs on a 07 is a good idea and a rare chance you will mess up the chamber or shocks?

depends on the springs, a more aggressive drop will create more negative camber and also blow the stock shocks faster.

07, 06, 05, 04 or 03 it's the same story and something to run a search on since it is a topic that is pretty much on every page in this section of the board.

Most springs offered for the Z do not have enough stiffness to cause issue with the oem shocks because they aren't much stiffer then oem. In a few cases it might be a better idea to upgrade the shocks to simply get better control. In a few of my past posts you can find mass spec lists for aftermarket 350Z springs to you can compare if you wish.
