Need recomendations
Car was lowered on Hotchkis springs 2 years ago. I also cut 1/2" off the rear spring mount so about 1.25" (with settling maybe 1.5" max) drop for rear and with setteling about 3/4" front drop total.
I'm still on stock shocks and the ride is getting worse, which i knew would happen eventually and they would need to be replaced. The stockers have about 24,000 miles on them and think they're pretty much toast.
What adjustable shocks would help with the bouncy thing it has now? It's fine on smooth pavements as most any car is but the bumps and harshness are starting to get kinda annoying.
tokico d spec
koni yellows
or these things. tokico HP's

These HP things are really cheap but I'm wondering if it's one of those get waht you pay for deals and would be a waste?
I don't mind spending $6-800 on adjustable shocks but want to know what you would think would work best with the setup I have on 19's. Don't really want to spend a ton of money on coilovers but might depending if it's necissary.

Hmmm maybe I will be the lab rat and try the Tokico HP's. I'm curious to see how they work out compaired to stock springs before and after they wore out and how long they will last. They're cheap enough that if they suck, I can just toss em and get D-specs or Koni's.
With any luck my review won't have a lot of these "
" in it LOL.

I am running Koni SAs and think they are great. I have a good buddy who runs the D-spec and I think he is happy also. Konis are adjustable for rebound only, whereas Tokicos are adjustable for rebound and compression damping simultaneously. Konis have the brand name and the testing to back it up. Also, great warranty support in case you have issues. Tokicos are cheaper and don't have the overt race heritage, although they do manufacture the stock Z shocks, FWIW.
