Default issue with Hotchkis swaybar

I installed these on my 2007 350z and I noticed something wrong I guess ,..
There is a space on both side for about 1/4 inch.
Could that be a big problem with the handing of the car ?

normal they move, that collar is on there to prevent bushing from going the other way.

I had to adjust for the space to make it half on both side .... and on the stock one there was no space at all ,thats why I didnt like to see that space there ,,, I though maybe those collar wasnt placed right.
