Default Installing Camber Arm Question

I was wondering if I can get a away with not removing the wheels to install the camber arms? Sorry if this is a repost.

if your talking rear... im sure that you could...but it would be much easier to get your arms and hands around there if you took the wheel off....

why not take off wheel??

Jason pretty much said what I was going to say. I'm sure its possible but it could be more of a PITA doing it that way.
