Brake Experts Help!!!

Car 2005 350z Brembo Brakes
33,000 miles
1. Pads Shot
2. Was told rotors needed to be replaced (I thought that was strange with only 33,000 miles but maybe someone here can confirm that it's not so strange)
So...
I replaced the pads with Hawk Pads and OE Nissan Rotors. I was feeling lazy and decided to have Just Brakes throw everything on the car. Got the car back and the brakes are just awesome. However, yesterday when I was driving around a slight turn the right front wheel locked up for a second. It actually made a squealing noise as if I locked the brakes up. Needless to say, it scared the crap out of me...I may have tapped the brakes heading into the turn but I was not pressing the brake when this happened. Has anyone experienced this before or have a clue what might be the issue?
