Hmm, I'm only aware of AP and BREMBO that does this, most of the Japanese brands seem to offer the same kits in the U.S as they do in Japan.
none of the JDM brands are nearly as big as Brembo are...their product range is far narrower in the first place. For the Z, for example, the same 6 piston kits (of which there are 2 types) sold in the US, are sold worldwide by other AP dealers. I know one of the calipers used on the Z kits are part of a family of calipers used on a variety of kits (the calipers differ within their specs by application). I think they go through the whole breakdown on the AP master site if I remember correctly.
