Sorry if this has already been covered, I was just wondering that why in my Base 2006 350z that the E-brake light comes on when the tires start slipping. Example: I just got back from driving in the rain, my tires slipped a little bit when accelrating in 2nd, and the light came on. Any help would be helpful.
Is this something I should be worried about, or is it my cars way of saying I shouldn't be slipping like that.
Thanks alot,
Dan

For good measure, you might want to check your brake fluid to make sure it's not low. That's been known to trigger the Brake light.

E-Brake switch malfunction. E-brake handle not all the way down. Worn brake pads. ABS computer problem. Other than brake pads, the others aren't very common.
Just so were on the same page - you're getting the "BRAKE" or ((!)) warning light, not the ABS or ((ABS)) warning light, correct?

nope it was just the "BRAKE" light, but everytime it comes on, it is always when i am pushing the car a little bit harder and when it starts to slip. Ill look into the things you have mentioned.
