Default stock brake vs upgrade, worth the cost?

i can feel my brakes grinding so i know i need brakes asap
i felt the rotor and it feels like, well this

i figure i need new rotors so ima look into a upgrade so is it worth the extra cash to get the stopteck stage two? i want less squeak and dust (like the rest of us.)
any help?

I personally got nice drilled and zinc plated R1 Concepts rotors and Hawk HPS pads. Stop REALLY nice, very little dust - hardly any noise. No squeaks, and less fade from stock.

$220 rotors F&R (shipped)
$120 pads F&R (shipped)
====
$340

eventually, but not currently. id like to pay it off first. i just want performance i can trust and i really dont trust that the stock brakes to last very long. i got the car at 48000 miles and the dealer put completely new rotors and pads on. now at 60000 i need rotors and pads.

Im not looking to spend alot, i guess id say id like to spend the least possible for the best performance.
Can anyone tell me if i could put my stock front brakes on the rear of my car? i was thinking bout getting just a front brake kit, and dont know if swaping the front to rears is even possible? i think it might be over kill but just a thought.

Upgraded brakes are great if you track your car , if not that stage 1 or 2 is just fine.

My front brakes are shot too. I was considering a BBK, but its not really in the budget right now. Decided to just do pads and rotors. Ordered stoptech OEM slotted rotors for about $100 each, and Project Mu NS pads for $70. Should be a good street setup for now with low dust and low noise, but good street performance.
