Default rear rotor

Hey guys i'm having some problems and i really really need help. I'm installing 15mm spacers on my car. the front install was easy. I get to the rear and most people say that taking off the rotor is hard, but mine just slid right off. so i replaced the studs, but now i can't put the damn rotor back on. it goes over the studs, and then stops! the handbrake is down and still the rotor will not go over. can someone help me or give me tips on what do to. i'm screwed right now. any pictures would help too of the rear with the rotor off so i can see what it looks like in case i knocked something out of place. it is a 2003 non brembo

The rotor come off but will not go back on? I have been trying to figure this out for 20 minutes, but have come up with nothing. Would be interested in hearing the diagnosis and fix.

it took me two hours to fit the ebrake pads fit in the rotor again. at the same time it chipped away some of the ebrake ring. it required another hand and a rubber mallet with some hard pounding for it to go back on.
