Diff between stock toe bolts and spc toe bolts

What are the main difference between the stock toe bolts and spc toe bolts?

the washer is offset more on the washer, which allows for more adjustment after elongated the hole

Because I have noticed that since I put the SPC toe bolts everytime I take it for alignment its always off for some reason.
