Default Brake Pedal Noise

When I press on my break pedal especially if parked, I hear this clinking/clicking noise coming from both of my calipers. I don't know what it is. My break fluid is full. The brake pads still have a ton of life left on them. It is especially apparent when I turn while parking and braking. At first I thought my CV joint was gone but then there is no clicking noise if I turn but don't brake. Any one knows what it might be?
