Stop Tech dilemma!!

so i checked today if everythingīs right....and took her out for another test ride.everything works fine-->no more "fluid"
thereīs still another little problem, but should be easy to be solved.
the left front caliper seems to have some "problems" to open back again on itīs own.iīll bleed both front calipers tomorrow or monday...so no driving for me this weekend anymore

scratches on rotors, where? surface of the rotors or edge?
scratches on calipers, where? top bottom, etc?
leaky calipers? Imho.. probably due to improper bleeding and/or installation. no offense. i've installed 5 sets of bbks (stoptech and other companies) and i've never had a leaky caliper as long as it was bled correctly and the bolts to the lines were properly seated correctly.
did u raise the calipers up 90degrees to get all the air out?

Step 5
Install AeroRotor Assembly
AeroRotors MUST be cleaned with soap and water prior to installation. Not doing so will damage
the rotors and pads, and will prevent the brakes from performing properly.
Warning: Do not skip this step!
Even though the rotors may look clean, the rust
inhibitor is in place, and it must be removed.
Not cleaning the rotors will severely impact the
performance of your new brake system

washed it down!!!!! what i was trying to was that it could maybe be that thereīs some rust inhibitor on the inside of the rotors`!?!? but itīs equal that "problem" is solved.....but iīll def have to bleed the brakes once again....but since itīs raining agaaaaain this may take some while.

still having some issues with the front driver side caliper
donīt know why??? as i told i bleeded the hole system again and there where no bubbles at all.did 2 test drives "normal" driving conditions.
so i thought it would be a good idea to go up the mountians and have some fun
everything was fine....except the loose pedal feeling....not awlays, just sometimes (didnīt figured out under which driving conditions..????).you know you push the pedal the first time and it feel kind a loose ,then u push it another time and you could feel that the pedal feel is pretty tight.
so i drove home and tried to messure the temp. on the front calipers (since the rears didnīt even get warm )and the right caliper/rotor were hotter than the left one. ?????? could be caused by a grinding "brake pad"....which means that the pistons come out and stay out instead of going back into "open" position.
sucks pretty hard.......iīm already pissed again!!!
anyone any ideas what else could be wrong???
oh and yes the temperatur on both front calipers were the same after i bleeded the system again.
but whatīs most bothering me is that itīs sunny outside and pretty good weather.....after 3 weeks of rain....and iīm sitting at home trying to figure out whatīs wrong.....cause i donīt want to damage my front rotors.

When you went up to the mountains did you take some hard turns? If so you probably experienced what is known as pad knock back.
