running gf210's w/stock shocks
I was on 680 and just passed the oakland tunnel. Then hit a slight bump in the road and almost bottomed out! The ride is VERY bumpy and feels dangerous, it feels like i caught some air! anyone else experience this and is the problem because of the stock shocks

You shouldn't bottom out, even catching a little air. The ride is "stiffer" because of the 30% increase over the stock springs....I would suggest some Tokico shocks for your lowered Z.
BTW I drove with my Gf's with stock shocks for 15K miles before I added the tokicos.

Stiffer spring require more dampening, your stock shocks don't cut it , and with the extra load put on them/piston being in a different part of the stroke , they wear out quick. D specs should be your shock of choice. If you want to play , you have to pay.
