Help bolt snapped!
A friend of mine was helping me put on my coilovers..
One of the three bolts on top of the coilover snapped because my friend over tightened it.
Should I be worried? Should i try and bang out the bolt and press in a new nissan factory bolt,? or can i just continue installation with it having only two bolts? 350z is going to be used for track and time attack. Oh yeah these are racing logic coil overs = p And i don't think they'll cover this under their "warranty" Help would be greatly appreciated

I know you need an answer soon so you can continue your installation but If you dont get what you're looking for anytime soon, call your local performance shop and ask for their opinion.

1) Drill out the broken bolt with a bit smaller than the diameter of it
2) Once all the pieces of the old bolt are out, use a slightly larger bit than the diameter of your hole in order to drill the walls of the opening relatively smooth
3) Use a tap (+ tapping oil) to cut new threads, and buy a new bolt to fit.

oh no, what to do. I'm just going to drill the bolt at, and press a new one in, I was told that you only need two... which leads me to why would they make a third if you only need two..? Haha.
