Default Popping/Loud Clicking Sound coming from front of car when i turn wheel to the right..

I have an 05 z with about 60k miles. Recently it started popping rather loudly when i turn the wheel to the right whether i'm sitting till or driving. any ideas what this could be? Someone suggested that it might be a bushing of some kind that needs to be greased, but I'm worried that it may be struts needing to be replaced or maybe even steering linkage problems? I don't know. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar sound. I'm pretty sure it's the lower ball joint, but I'm not 100% sure.

ok so i've been driving it for the past couple of days because my other car is in the shop and i've noticed that its getting worse and the steering wheel is randomly jerking to the right when driving. I'm not sure if its even safe to drive ata this point.

ball joints, tie rods, lower control arm, endlinks, radius arm, steering rack....really have to put the car in the air and have a detailed look at everything, and perform wiggle tests on all the front end components

Like Z1 said. Lift the car (I'd remove the right wheel, too) and check your connector arms and links. You might have loose nuts.

I had the same thing this past spring. It was the lower ball joint. I replaced the entire passenger side steering knuckle. Pretty easy job with air tools, have fun if you don't.

+1 on the ball joints, check the ones on the tranverse link and compression rod , mine is the tranverse link one . I just hate to have to buy the $231 whole knuckle for a 30 dollar ball joint. I might have to buy and older model nissan ball joint and rebuild the current one.
